For some reason, my voltage has been all over the place the past couple days.. It rarely goes above 13 volts, but dips down low enough that it actually cuts my radio out..

Is my alternator going bad or could my belt just be slipping?? I had a problem with the power steering locking sometimes, that why I was curious if it was the belt.

Any suggestions?

 

check the belt, and the tensioner, if they are both good, then its probably the alternator.
