OK sorry I know these have been posted before but I get a different issue with it too. First of all I know its going but also I was wondering if the following is also a sign. When I try to hold the car steady at lets say 1500 rpms it fluctuates not too badly but it is noticeable. Like it will drop 300 rpms and seem to run harder then all of sudden go back up and be smooth(this in neautral while im doing this) so I didnt know if this a sign

 

I didn't see in your post if you have your computer tuned after the cam swap, It could be that and the fact that you have that big MAF on it. The computer doesn't like aftermarket MAF's and has to be tuned for both the cam and the new MAF.
