another idea, lol sorry for the repeat posts... is i can get a muffler shop to put on a test pipe on the pass side but would i have to remove the front cat also? Im a bit tight on funds right now and I need a maf and can get that, but my buddy can run put some piping there till i can afford a cat

What "front" cat? You have a left side and a right side, not a front and a back.
What is "bad" about your passenger side cat? You never explained that. Why do you need to replace it? Is it simply not working, or is it plugged?
