Automatic or Manual?

Yeah, that's another reason I switched over to a manual...every time I broke a damn automatic, I'd have to rebuild the whole thing, whereas with the manual, the clutch would usually go out before any parts would...AND IF a gear, like say 5th, went out, you'd still be able to drive it with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 6th...instead of no driveable gears with the automagic...

jasons93z - when was the last time you changed your O2 sensors ? I just changed mine and saw at least 25 miles per tank more.

I like my auto, I have one hand on the wheel and I use my other hand to yawn with, as another ricer gets eaten or mustang, it matters not.

Sh*t dude, I've perfected the art of driving and shifting with the same hand...have my left hand hanging out the window waving "bye" to whoever I just stomped...

Well, believe it or not, my A4 partially died last Wednesday night. I lost 1st and 4th gear only and I'm still driving it around while I wait on my new one!! I guess at 146,000 miles it was time.
