anyone who has eliminated traction and cruise control please help

i am trying to find a throttle cable that will work for my lt1 after eliminating the mechanism for traction and cruise control located inbetween the driver side valve cove and intake manifold. i also have the fuel railcovers and would have to remove it anyway? right? icalled gm and they said there is 5 different cables. does anyone know which one i need . part # would be great

You need a plain cable for cars with no traction control.

As listed on my part numbers page:

Are you eliminating cruise control too?

Should be the same part # shoebox listed.. I just went into my loacl dealer and said i need a trottle cable for a 97, non-traction controled car. Had i the next day. Was only like $20 or soo. And took all but 10mins to install.

That number is also listed on my part number page and it is not the same.

I used the Lokar Part no. LOK-TC-1000TP36 with bracket no. LOK-TCB40LT1

Yep had an ABS light on. Pulled dash and ripped that little LED outta there.
