Anyone want to review my data-log and explain why im getting 10 mpg??
Just got an aldl cable to datalog and read codes etc and some CARS disabling etc. im getting about 9-10 mpg its a 1995 z28 camaro catback exaust/cat delte and cai no tune. Threw codes for the vss and skip shift. And 41 but my icm wasnt plugged in all the way (JUST REPLACED) be hence the code but i fixed it. New datalog shows no new coded but no idea why im getting 9 mpg…

I'm going to assume “New datalog shows no new coded” means “codes”. Is it showing any old codes?
What do the long term fuel corrections look like for the various cells? Is it going into closed loop? When it goes into closed loop, are the O2 sensor voltages switching back and forth over the full range of say 100 - 900 mV?
Have you checked the fuel pressure - at idle with and without the vacuum compensation, and out on the road with the engine under load?
What do the spark plugs look like? Does the engine idle smoothly? What is he MAP at idle?
