I purchased a cable and Datamaster program in December. I received my original authorization code from Andrew and loaded it on a laptop I was borrowing until I got mine. Andrew said this wouldn't be a problem and when I got my new one I could get another code. When I did get my new laptop recently, I removed the program from the computer I was borrowing. I've emailed Andrew multiple times in the last month as well as left several voice messages to get a new code. He won't get back to me so basically I have a program I can't use (have used the 20 free runs). I know many of you haven't had a problem but I have and you need to know that if you are considering working with him. BTW, I also purchased TunerCat at the same time and have excellent communication with them.

 

Yeah, that's pretty much the concensus with him. He will not return E mails at all. I paid $120 over a year ago and still have not gotten my authorization code for Datamaster. My opinion anymore is he pretty much just sucks.

Andrew has always been a VERY good and helpful person to deal with. I've never, EVER had a problem with him. I'm surprised to see such problems though, especially Ryan's. (over a year )

I'm sure there is a good reason for the delay and I'm sure you will eventually get your codes once whatever is happening right now gets resolved.

 

I'm glad you've had a good experience with him madwolf. I'm sure there are many out there that have received their authorization codes and have had no problems. There are also people, I'm sure, like Ryan and myself sitting around looking at $100+ worth of useless programs we can no longer use because he is an idiot and poor business person. And yes Andrew, if you read this, my email is SSLT195@yahoo.com. I just wanted to bring the problem into light for those of you looking at purchasing data logging software. If you buy his, you may or may not get what you want.
