Anyone Have A Good Tune For A 396 LT1 They Can Share?
Well, it's been a long time coming but, I'm nearing the completion of my 396 stroker engine build for my '97 Z28, and, since I have converted the car to OBD I and have TunerCat ....... I'm thinking of taking a shot at tuning this thing myself. Anyone have a pretty good "tune" they could share for a 12.5:1 static compression 396 LT1, that I could use for at least a starting point?
Hoping to get the car to run on 93 octane unleaded gas for the street, and a 96-98 octane race fuel "blend" for that occasional trip to the dragstrip. Anyone have a tune for this type of street/strip setup, that they could share? I also will be upgrading to Ford SVO "green top" 42lb/hr injectors on this engine, as well as going to long tube headers and a 3" true dual exhaust.
