Anyone else using a dynaspark opti having random problems .

My problems started with a odd violent shudder when u'd slowy accelerate in 1st gear and has now progressed into the car randomly losing the RPM signal completely and shutting off . Like I said its totally random , itll shut off while sitting there idling , driving down the road in any condition . Its nothing external , as far as poor wire connections , the car uses a big stuff 3 pcm ....anything having to do with that has been ruled out . When the car dies , If u unplug the opti connecter with the key on and plug it back in the car will fire right up . If u dont do that , when the car dies it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple days before the car will fire again. The terminals on the opti connector are making full contact and Im using dieletic grease .

I cant get a hold of anyone at dynaspark , so I was just curious if anyone else using this thing has had any similar problems . It has maaybe 1000 miles on it and has proved to be a real expensive pos so far .

Are the vent lines connected? And are they functioning?

I hope they hook you up when you do contact them. But after hearing they're only email support I'll pass and stick w/ the GM unit.
