It was basically a 5pg guide that came w/it and yes i did read your very informative guide,thanks again and BTW when your KR of 8.4 occurs@040 and then@68 another time what is this telling me besides the obvious?

The ScanMaster will only record the peak knock retard, and the MPH at which that peak occured. Not sure what you mean by it occured at "040" and again at "68". You should only get one MPH reading from memory for the knock retard. Using that, determine when the knock occured.... do you shift at 68MPH? Is that your peak torque occurs?

To clarify, one run shows it @40mph and another run will be@ 68mph and it,s possible when shifting, but i let it shift itself(not manually) and i had the car on a hoist and checked to see if exhaust was hitting or whatever and could not get false knock to show on his SNAP-ON scanner.
