another tranny/ecm question

What would cuase the car not to want to move in first gear yet move ok in 2nd and drive? I know it's a pcm setting, I just can't figure it out. With one program the car works like it should, with another it does what I said above. I have checked every table for difference that I can find related to transmission operation but can't find what's causing the problem. I asked in the computer tuning section, but that forum moves so slow I may never get an answer...

here's my tunercat files. "crappy" runs bad, closed loop, but trans works as it should.
the other is open loop, but trans doesn't work right. Can you find a difference that would cause that?
