Question

Ok so I took today to try and figure out what the hell is wrong. I found a cracked spark plug (#3) so I replaced that. Started it up and still ran rough. So I was checking everything one more time and after I shut the car off #1 header was still cold So I checked the injector (mechanically and electrically) and it checked out. I am using delteq and every coil is firing...

I don't know what to do... please someone any ideas...

well check the condition of #1 plug and also see if the valves are opening for that cylinder. look under the valve cover too and crank the engine and see if the valve train for that cylinder is moving (possibly collapsed lifter, bent pushrod, broken rocker, spring etc.)

Make sure there are no leaks between the maf and the tb. You said it started after you painted the elbow. Maybe you forgot to tighten a clamp or connect the maf pigtail.
