another hesitation problem solved
well i guess i fixed my stubbling/hesitation problem that ive battled for 2 weeks now. new plugs, wires, iat sensor, opti, cleaned maf, multiple fuel injector cleaners and tanks of gas, and i still had the problem. so after some brain-storming with my mechanic we pulled off the wire that runs to the opti and plugs up by the #2 injector. i guess its called a distributor jumper wire? the wires on the end by the opti were melted and plastic connector was cracked, apparently to much heat.
so i went to a local gm dealer and shelled out 120 bucks for this stupid wire, atleast i got some vasoline out first, jesus. but now the car is running a lot better, maybe this was partly the cause of the low dyno numbers? ill post the part number later, if anyone may need it.

Nevermind, Shoebox had a pic up, and I just didn't know what I was looking at/for.
It plugs into the opti at the top, just back of the water pump. The disconnection clip can be reached with a longer standard screw driver, and the opti half can then be easily pulled off.
It is about 4 inches below the IAC connection, shown here:

The other end connects near the EVAP solenoid. See picture:

Thanks to Shoebox for the wonderfully helpful pictures, as always!
