What are they?

Roller Rockers
Headers
CAI
Airfoil
MAF
Exhaust
Alum/Carbon Driveshaft
Smoothed out Intake Elbow
Bigger Throttle body (even though it wont help with bolt ons :P)
Fuel injectors maybe?
Gears
PCM programming
Thermostats

What else? thats all that comes to my mind...

Well you left out all the suspension: shocks, springs, LCA, SFC, torque arm, sway bars, etc. Just depends on what you consider a bolt-on. Do mean something that will increase power, performance, or both?

if you think about it, everything is a BOLT ON except for the exhaust which some must be welded..id would refer to bolt on in your opinion as external bolt ons and internal bolt ons...
everything is a bolt on

The pistons don't bolt on to anything.. the connecting rods do

Most people consider the term "bolt ons" to be the easier stuff in which you don't have to yank your motor or tear it apart.. stuff like headers.. you just simply "bolt them on"...

I personaly see it as if you can do it with your engine in the car.. it's a bolt on. Maybe other people see it differently..

Of course not, pistons are pressed on.

A supercharger is a bolt on, the ultimate bolt on.

Aftermarket shifter. Stereo (yeah). Rims/tires. Shocks and springs. Brake kit. Aftermarket ram air/hoods. Ignition boxes.
