air intake elbow

air intake elbow

I just installed an aluminum elbow in take on my z28 There was no place for the resonator .Question am I hurting anything by eliminating it

You don't need the resonator. In fact most people eliminate it and block off the connection at the elbow, or simply replace it with an aftermarket elbow without the resonator.

Yep, as mentioned above, no trouble without it. As a matter of fact, the 1LE elbow(GM designed) does not have it.
