AI200cc stock bottom end dyno results, 429rwhp with a miss
#256
Just thought I'de give an update. I just finished up putting new wires on today after seeing some arc while I misted some water on the engine bay. Some of the wires wouldn't even read when I tried to check the resistance on them so they were definatly bad. Hopefully this fixes the miss, and if it does I should be able to get some track times next saturday.

In his day Craig Gallant was “the man” for Ltx heads and intakes. Super nice guy and both he and his wife are great people. Craig and Trevor Johnson about the same time worked for the Nickens Bro whom do the Dodge Pro Stock engine development program so both have great pedigrees.
For some reason Craig fell out of favor. Truthfully not sure why, but I heard stories that if he did the heads they were very good; but if his staff did the heads, they were not so good. May have grown a bit too quickly.
Still a great guy and I wish him the best.

It's probably a good thing your on the Nittos, I'd hate to see you break something right off the bat. Pretend theres an egg under the go pedal, and after a few practice runs, I bet you still manage some fair 60ft.times.

I always wondered why my friends car ran no quicker after putting a set of GTPs on his stock head full bolt on Hotcam car. I believe he was on a mailorder tune and never put it on the dyno to check things out. Nor did he have any way to log anything, as far as street and track driving. But I wonder now, if maybe it was a set ported by one off the employees and not Craig himself.
