ok i've been having this annoying banging under the car. the things i changed when the banging started was pacesetter long tubes, pacesetter ory, prothane engine mount, prothane tranny mount. the only place that it could be hitting is where the passenger side collector is. it has about half an inch to the floorboard. i tried remeding the banging by spacing out the tranny crossmember w/ washers to about half an inch. that actually lessened the banging. it still happens but its not as loud. it seems like the banging is coming from the passenger side floor board, well around that area anyway. this is really starting to **** me off! i'm thinking about putting the stock tranny mount back in because i dont think the washers between the crossmember is very safe especially when i'll be pushing nitrous soon. the banging usually happens when i'm cruising at 50mph and let off the gas and then i hear *bang* *bang* *bang* until it gets below 48mph. it doesn't bang in neutral or when i rev it in neutral so i have no clue. please help me!
