?? Adjustable Lower Control Arms ??

Howdy All,
Is it best to tighten or loosen them? Looking for some voices of experiences.

I think tighten but not sure.

i'd say tighten.. It would kinda suck for a LCA to fall off.. Not sure what would be the out come of that..
