Question Adapter to hook tubing together for gauges?

For the way I am gonna run the line into the car for my oil press. gauge I am gonna need to hook 2 pieces of the tubing together. I looked on SUmjmit's site and didn't see an adapter to do that.

Anyone make one or perhaps someone has an idea of what I should do?

The normal 1/8" nylon or copper tubing that goes with the autometer gauges

If you mean 2-into-1, you could use brass compression fittings from your local home center. Try a "T", or maybe a "Y".

If you aren't familiar, the tube slips thru a small double tapered ring which is compressed into a mating taper in the fitting by the cap or nut.

There are some quick install/release plastic fittings for nylon air lines which mighy work, but they are harder to find.

Try McMaster-Carr:

http://www.mcmaster.com/

click on "Instant Tube Fittings" then page 139.

Most places like NAPA will have compression fittings for joining the tubing.
