?? about fuel needs for 370RWHP

My current set-up is going back together this weekend and I'm not sure what I need as far as fuel requirements. Will the car run with the stock injectors and stock programming? I know I will need a tune and bigger injectors soon, but will she start and be drivable stock? Mods in sig.....

you can run it on stock programming and injectors but probably not smart though. I have heard they can run rich enough that the fuel gets into the oil if it is that rich it can be wiping the oil off the cylinder walls thats not good. It can be done but i don't know how good of an idea it is.

Too rich! I was thinking it would run too thin becasue of the extra fuel needed to supply the higher HP engine. I just need to drive it about 10 miles to where she will sit for the winter, no WOT runs or anything......

It should be fine for that, i believe they run super rich with cams on stock programing. People with hot cams usually run them a little bit on stock tuning and say they run pig rich.

Funny you should ask. I saw my car running on semi stock programming (tuned for exhaust and 160*) and it was really rich. It will run, and run like a bat out of hell, but you're gonna go through gas. It'll be good to get you to the dyno so you can swap injectors and tune, which is what we did.

Thanks guys, I was hopeing to hear I could drive it to my new house. It hasn't moved since February If I can get 1 ten mile trip in her before the snow falls it will be worth it. Soon after will come a tune and injectors. Now I just hope the stock lifters hold up to 370RW......
