96-97 camaros with the Hooker long tube- O2 question
Ok my car has 4 o2 sensors... My jet hot long tubes came with 2 o2 bungs... I plan on just plugging them into there and deleting the O2 sensors at the dyno tune..
Or would it be smarting to put in o2 sims on the last two O2 sensors that are suppose to go into the y pipe.

You can't plug O2 sims into the pre-cat connectors... won't work that way.
You will get much better idle and low load operation, better fuel economy, and less plug fouling running closed loop.... those are the big advantages of the modern EFI systems. Open loop is fine for "track" cars... I run open loop, but if you have a daily driver, there are advantages in closed loop operation.
Or did I misunderstand the question?
