If it's beating the 120, I'd say the speed limiter has been deleted.

interesting to say the least.

I was planning on having my pcm tuned but now I'm thinking the previous owner did it.

I think I may contact him.

The speed limiter was used on vehicles that did not leave the factory with optional Z-rated tires (RPO option QLC - check your build parts tag).
