95 mass air motor to 93 speed density
For the 95 150 MPH speedo cluster to work in the 93, you need to take the clusters appart and swap the boards. On the back of each cluster, there's a black plastic cover and a few screws holding it in place. Remove all screws, then take a flathead screwdriver and carefully pry/pull the board from the cluster.
You will need to swap the board from the 93 cluster into the 95 one. Now I'm not sure if the speedo will work right afterwards (just because of the 115/150 difference. I know for a fact it would work from a 150 to a 150 though), but it should... I think the calibration is made in the speedo, not in the chips. This will fix the tach problem. Don't worry about the temperature gauge, it will work fine even though it's different.
The 93 harness should fit the 95 engine. The only thing that will not fit is the o2 sensor connectors and the IAC valve on the bottom of the throttle body. You can either swap the whole throttle body from the 93 onto the 95 engine, or just swap the bottom plate with the IAC from the 93 TB to the 95 TB. There are about 6 Torx 15 or 25 screws if I remember correctly.
You will need to swap the o2 sensors from the 93 engine. (you can convert the 95 ones to work, but to make things easy, just swap them)
What gear ratio did you have in this car before and what gear ratio rear-end did you swap in?

I just used to 93 1 wire o2 sensors. I swapped the entire 93 intake onto the motor, but I swapped in the bigger 24lb injectors.
I had I think 2.73's cause my speedo only said 115mph. The 95 rear end is a stock high pro package rear, I don't know. 3.42 or 3.73 could be either one. more than likely it's 3.42

The 115 speedo came with cars that were ordered with non z-rated tires.... so it didn't matter if you had 2.73s or 3.23s.
Best way to tell which gears you had is look in the glovebox option list. Look for option GU2 or GU5. Or look at the shifter. If you have a 1st gear, you got 3.23s. If not, then 2.73s.
Was the 95 a 6 speed? Because only 6 speeds could get 3.42s.

If the other car was an automatic, sounds to me like you switched from 2.73s to 3.23s. What you could do is either buy a stock 3.23 chip from the dealer, or I or someone else could reprogram yours.
