95 lt1 will not start whats wrong ?

95 lt1 will not start whats wrong ?

replaced the ignition switch and the solenoid and starter but still will not even try to crank what else could it be?

If it won't even crank the starter then it is probably your battery and/or connections.

I.e. juice flows to solonoid which operates the starter motor which engages the flywheel which turns the crank etc.

Check your fuses too.

Step by step.

check the chip # in the key, it may not match the old one.

battery is fine the switch will not make the starter work

does your security light come on while cranking? could be a VATS chip problem like rfankdf said

m6..... is fine the i straight wire the starter and it turns over but will not crank i have fire and have fuel ....i think it might be electrical

if it will start during a push start then it is the neutral safety switch. did you have the ignition on when you straight wired it?

yeah i had the ignition on and the starter would spin the engine over but it would not crank but when you try to crank it with the switch it wont even turn the starter once again i have changed the ignition switch which is what i thought it would be ..the starter is good also....any other ideas would be appreciated ...thanks

idk, but my z28 wont start either, im thinking either vac. leak or fuel injectors are messed up.

but i want to see what you guys think.
