Absolutely agree and I gave two options. One essentially free after the initial cost and one very expensive.

The AC Delco box says made in USA! Detroit , Michigan,48243.

I would definitely take that up with Rock Auto. Even though buying direct from a local AC Delco dealer will cost more, it is generally easier to deal with them on a problem like this. It's like Amazon dealing with low cost parts. So many reviews complain about receiving used parts, or counterfeit parts.

Update: I reported the Counterfeit problem to ACDelco Co. Detroit, MI, Connecticut Department of Consumer Affairs and my Credit Card Co.

Rock Auto has not been helpful in resolving this problem.

ACDelco says that Rock Auto is a 3rd tier supplier of electrical parts.

Other forum members should be advised of these problems.
