When I accelerate my car hesitates. I thought I fix the problem there was a hole in the intake elbow near the throttle body. Car idles surges alot less but it's still there when the car warms up. Also, I have a DTC35. I found out that has something to do with the iac but what exactly does it have to do with it. I been searching all day today but can't find a solution.

DTC 35 is not used on the LT1. IAT codes are DTC 23 and 25. No codes for the IAC. Shoebox has the complete LT1-specific code list:
