I found a long block I want to build up while the stock motor is still in the car

basicly want to know what is involved in swapping the Opti spark
vented vs non-vented

is it a simple bolt on or is it more involved,

 

The camshaft/driving mechanism is different. That's about all I know.

Is it a 93 long block or a 94? The intake manifold will be a problem (if its included) on a 93. And a 93 or early 94 will need to have the oil pressure sensor relocated.

 

the knock sensor from the 95 won't work on the earlier blocks if I remember right.

 

No. 93-95 use the 4.5Kohm sensor, 96/97 uses the 100Kohm unit.
