Lemme get some feed back with these.

What should i use as a wire holder for these? The 8mm i got now barely fit in the stock holders.

 

I love mine, I used stock looms for them. I forced them in, and zip-tied the places they wouldnt fit. They are some damn good wires.

I love mine, too. I got some MSD wire spacers that fit perfect.

 

You wouldn't happen to have the part number for the spacers would you?

 

I love my MSD 8.5 I have had them for over 2 years and no issuses. I used these wire spacers on mine summit part # MSD-8841

 

I recommend using OEM wires and OEM spark plugs (AC DELCO)

 

MSD Pro clamp seperators, PN8843

 

I have to say that other than the advantage of new wires vs. old I have never noticed any difference between different wires on street/strip applications. I have used Taylor, Accel, MSD, and others. Currently, on the Camaro I use OEM wires (with heat shielding). On my race car I have MSD's.

what do you use for heat shielding?

 

I use "earl's flame guard" That stuff works great!

 

I have them on mine and they seem to be doing the job just fine.
