what size oil pump do i need for a 1994 lt1 engine 5/8 or 3/4??? PLEASE HELP

sorry never got a clear answer...can i use the 5/8? its a stock motor...will the 5/8 fit?

It came with a 3/4" pickup. Why go smaller.

ok so it comes with a 3/4??? the ******* at summit said it was 5/8

I do believe that every GM SBC class V8 came equipped with a 3/4" pickup tube starting in 1993.

Not true. LT1s started with a 5/8 pickup and changed in midyear 1994 to 3/4. I said all this in the other thread the guy had going. I guess he did not read that (beginning to be a recurring theme).
