Your torque is petering out before 4,000rpm. Your heads cannot support the displacement. I say that's much more your problem than your CR.

10.8 I believe...but I'd have to look at my build sheet to be 110% sure, but if I remember it was that or really close to it.

EDIT: Also to everyone saying out of the box AFR's are bad, they can't be that bad, because I have OTB 195's and I made plenty of power. My curves don't drop till around 6.4k
