355LT4 solid roller vid
dyno vid link in sig. I still have not run the car. Basically I just have not had the time to get the car out. Been busy lately and next thing I knew it was August...
It put down just over 400 at 6800-7000 rpm.
Some guys here have told me they think its low. I think they are great considering it was thru an unlocked 9.5" 4200/4400 stall, 12 bolt with a spool/4.30's and on slicks.
Its nasty on the street and you need ear plugs to drive it. Zero traction in 1st or 2nd in front of the house
The heads are great. They make awsome power and matched with the intake it pulls hard all the way to 7g's
No tq numbers. because the converter wouldn't lock it would flash to 5500 rpm and go from there. A dyno cant calculate TQ over 5250 rpm.

Nice set up brian, I hope you make it to the EFA shootout.
Did they guve you any flow numbers with the heads? I have a cam motions solid roller that I'm about to fire up. It has about 5* and 10* more duration with a far amount more lift.
But those numbers seem low but with a loose convetor and slicks on the rollers the truth will be told at the track. Lets get it to the track and post some times. Please

Mine shoots right up in rpm's. Last time I showed 340 rwhp but ran 120 mph....... I haven't been on one since then.

My converter will be a little tight on the motor.
I bet I won't get it to 3800 on the t brake. But I know what your saying.
You will see far too much importance put on dyno numbers on the net. I, personally, hate it when everyone posts dyno numbers but not track times or even a mph slip. FWIW, I ran 11.4@118.xx with 383rwhp and 340rwtq @3650 raceweight. I also ran a 10.35@129.xx with 535rwhp and 505rwtq @3650 raceweight.
I bet your 355 has a high 10 in it@~122mph.

I agree. I never posted much about it because the internet dyno people seeme3d to all say I was low. I just shrugged it off and went about my buisness.
I've driven the car out front a few times and in a parking lot or 2. its fast. Probably got a mid 10 in it if it hooks and I have the gear/tire set up right. The car is pretty light weight as well.
First time out I'll be happy if I can just go straight.
I'll post track times when I get it out. My son was born last January and next thing I knew I never got the car to the track. Everything seems to take 3 times as long to do now. We bought a new house and moved in there too. I'll get it out in September for sure.

Mine put down right at 400 for my 355. Best times are in the signature. In the heat of the summer it's running in the very low 11's DA in the 3200-3800 tends to slow it down. That's through a very loose convertor as well. I don't like dyno numbers as well, they a great for tuning the motor and that's about all.
I'm sure that yours will see the 10's as well.

Yeah I did. I removed all factory guages and controls. put in blanks and reworked the cluster to hold all the autometer guages. I'll try to see if I can find a pic. If not I'll take one this weekend for yuo.
I hope the car goes 10's. I think its got the HP to do it if it can hook and ifits geared right. No times yet. September is turning out to be busy. I'm going to the track oct 18thas of right now for an EF Ievent. wish me luck!
