No, there is a blue and a black. The connector only works one way. Some have had them wired backwards, though. That's what I'm trying to make sure mine isn't.

Crank does spin clockwise (I went and looked at my 5.3l Tahoe to be sure), and there are only the 2 gears involved, one on the cam sprocket and one on the pump. So as I wrote earlier, the stock mechanical impeller spins opposite the crank, ie CCW as viewed from the front. So, I think the question is now narrowed down to wether the Meziere is intended to go the other way.

Guess I'll have to wait until monday to call and ask them. I hope this is the answer, that would be so easy and more importantly, FREE to fix. haha.

The next thing I can think could possibly be wrong is radiator cap. OR for some reason if my heater core bypass has something to do with it.

Ok, Called Meziere and they said that it is running correctly. It is turning CW looking at the front of the motor which is the same way that the stock pump turned. So it's not that.

One of the older guys at the shop said it could be that the coolant is moving too fast through the lines and suggested I closed off the steam pipe line from the heads to the radiator. I tried that and it didn't work either.

Should I get the radiator and cap pressure tested?
