ok called SLP today. they did build my car. its number 2181. and it appears that mine is a generic WS6 which means i have the hood rims and badges. but im not sure if i had bigger sway bars and better bushings like i thought. so i guess ill have to measure and investigate. trey

The WS6 was a very specific option package, and did NOT receive any of SLPs additional option that were offered on the SS and Firehawk. I think it does have some kind of upgraded suspension, but I don't remember what. I know it's not the 1LE option, but it may be a bigger front bar.

 

see thats the other thing i was wondering about. i always thought the WS6 was only one level. this guy who works for slp was telling me there where other options much like the SS had. which didnt make since to me, but i also dont know everything. as far as my suspension goes ive always thought i had bigger sways bars and better bushings like the 1LE cars. i know my stock springs were 1LE and supposedly my car should have the bigger bars and better bushings as part of it being a WS6 car. after all it was a handling and performance package.

anyway im going to dig some more. i really wish i could get some literature on the package like an old sales brochure or something. ah the joys of owning a rare car. trey
