Electric water pumps are good for around 7-10 rwhp.

wont give you any hp, but gears will help significantly on your acceleration. I also dont see any catback exhaust listed.

I believe that all bolt ons will get you to 325rwhp, without even getting a cam.
Here is the list that will get you there:
-headers-long tubes or Mac mids
-catback (except flowmaster), or cut out
-CAI
-all free mods (TB bypass, MAF descreening)
-E water pump
-1.6 rr
-LT4 knock module is a must with headers
-and most important after all those mods get yourself a mail order tune from pcmforless.com you will get additional 10RWHP from it.

You should be around 325RWHP.
Have fun
Sebastian
ps. Put the 3.73 gears fist, it will be the biggest improvement you can get for your A4 car. It will feel like constant 100HP shoot or nitrous Totally different car!!!

I always thought full bolt-on lt1's were right at 300 rwhp??? Atleast thats what they are around here.
I would also say a converter is a much better bang for the buck than gears, but just depends on how you want to drive your car. A good mild stall for an lt1 will drop you 5 to 6 tenths off your quarter and cost to install gears is a pain from what i hear. Getting good oil for the rear end, labor alone should cost near 300.

He's not going to hit 325rwhp with an A4 and bolt ons. He'll be closer to 290-300 rwhp.

yzblue125,
Are you talking 325 flywheel HP, or 325 rear wheel hp.

1.6 RR's and LT4 springs would be my next mod if I were you. They made a nice gain for me. I also have a '97, but it's a M6. You can check out my webpage if you want to see some more mods on a '97.

330+ rwhp in a 6-speed LT1 is fairly common. The mods that scyzoryk listed should put you there, but I wouldn't recommend the MAF descreening though.

MAF descreening is fairy easy mod and it doesn’t change anything when talking about a/f mixture. MAF porting in the other hand will do that. Most of the tuners will agree that descreening is fine (although you won’t see any real gain), but if you port your stock MAF, the air/fuel mixture will be different, and tuning your car will be pita...

ps. 325RWHP with all bolt-ons and tune in M6 is possible (I did that in my previous car).
