Thumbs up 160* Thermostat

I just put in a 160* stat in my car and the difference in engine temps is night and day. My car still has all the stock programming, including fans, and still made a difference. I used to cruise down the highway at about 195-200* now it runs right at 185*. It also takes a lot longer at say parking lot speeds to get up to the 210* range. To anyone who is considering this, wether is adds any horsepower or not, it is a very good modification and very simple to do.

Thumbs up

add a manual fan switch or change the setting of your fans operations because sitting at the stop light or at a drive-thru the temperature will rise to the 200-210 mark.
