1 inch drop with Hooker Long tubes!

I want to lower my z 1 inch with hotchkis springs then add jet hots long tubes for 493$ good deal, but do you think this will work i do not want to be scraping up the headers or the y pipe. Aslo if any of you have this set up what can you tell me about the gains with long tubes and as far as cat backs are i want gmmg or slp dual dual i think. any suggestions or pro or cons on either one. But most of all i just dont want it to be a clearance problem most of all. i will be going to stainless works y pipe i believe from ls1 speed and no cats then either one of those catbacks. Thanks

Probably not a good idea to drop the car with the LTs, unless your car has new/upgraded motor mounts that will optimize clearance height. I have clearance issues (about 5" off the ground at the lowest point) at stock height with mine.

I wouldnt recommend it if you drive the car everyday and have speedbumps that you have to go over... my scrape... with people in the car other then me its scrapes most speedbumps. btw I am at stock ride height
mine is my dailydriver and i just simply let it scrape cause most places i dont have a choice...

I agree with the above post.If you want good clearance and LT's you should probably go with the FLPs.
