Actually just south of Philly, but since this is a nation wide board I use Philly because everyone knows where that is...
I live about 5 minutes from the Philly airport, near where 95 and 476 intersect..

YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR MAF INSTALLED! Otherwise your pcu wont recognize that you have air coming in and wont add the fuel to match. I would also make sure you have your front two O2 sensors in as well. If you took our your EGR, make sure the holes are blocked as well to keep vacuum and you should be set.

Sorry to hear that, did the valves make contact with the pistons?

We'll i guess the rockers were too tight. We all have to learn someday.

Yeah but even with them too tight they don't bend on their own. They will just hang the vavle open, the problems then comes from them keeping them open a little when the piston is coming up at them and the collision causes the bend pushrod... Some time you get lucky and it doesn't hurt the valve or the piston, but I have sen 2 vehicles personally that one bent the valve also and in my case the head of the vavle broke off and dropped into the cylinder... Trust me you don't want either to happen..

O2's don't do a lot for emmisions, they more tell the computer if you are running rich or lean so it knows to add or decrease fuel accordingly...
