I was just thinking about a blower Dominion combo earlier today.

That should be an EASY 900 RWHP car if it's built right. if those heads live up to all the hype, I wouldn't be suprised to see quite a bit more.

they said it will run on a engine as sits, there just waiting on some other parts, stuff like k member. he spent 8000 on the rotating assembly.

but looking down at the engineit looks nice. it looks like a "little big block", i know that sounds stupid, but the valve covers are about 10 inches wide.

It should make 900 rwhp on pump gas on 4 cylinders. Heck, there has already been a guy on here with a 900+ rwhp turbo car on 2 valve heads, and Jordons car made disgusting numbers on low boost. They had better shoot for 650 rwhp on motor, or 1200+ on pump gas with the blower, I'd think.

My machine shop has a set of the heads he's "been putting on" a customers motor for a year now... He said its one of the most time consuming jobs he's ever tried to do... theres tons of machine work to make these work, and after I saw what all he's done so far and what he has left to do, I would throw them away and by a 2 valve AFR that is easily capable of 900whp with relatively low boost. And way cheaper!!!
Or, just go buy yourself an LT5 and slap a turbo on it... it would probably cost about the same after all is said and done seeing how a new bare set of Dominions are $6k, and it takes a couple more $K to make them work. Then you have a single pushrod operating 2 valves, talk a about stressed valve train!

Well I was at the MS yesterday, and the heads were still sitting there waiting to be bolted onto the motor. He says some worthless POS stole the intake manny that was custom made to specifically fit an LT1 with the Dominion heads, (like anybody could use it... it was probably sold for scrap!!!) So he's having another one made.

I will try and get some pictures of the setup.

Yeah, Bobby Simpson aka The Big Show.... that's his ride.

I'd like to see the thing run but I aint holding my breath cause guys have been talking about this stuff since I was a newbie here (and probably way before that).

If it were me, I'd go to an SB2.2 or Brodix canted valve before I'd go through all that to make an unproven head do the work. Just me though.

Re: dominion 32 valveheads wll be running by the 3oth of march.

Couple of years ago I was shown a Packard V 12 aircraft engine with the valve cover off. They have a 4 valve cyl. head with wishbone rocker arms .. The 2 push rods thus can open the 4 valves. But the RPM limit is 2200 and the engine's are 2500 cubic inch
I can't help but wonder what that rocker arm setup would be like at 7000 rpm?
