Cool

Also the A4's with 3.23's come with an aluminum D/S.

The only LS1 that has a steel drive shaft is the automatic Z28s with 2.73s instead of 3.23s.

Well it's funny you should bring that up because I just got home from the drags at Mokan in my 00' SS with the dual/dual. I was very disapointed to be running 13.8's at 103 as compared to my 00' Z with only a muffler that ran 13.5's at 105. I think it's all about getting a dud or not. </font>
Were you the guy in the red SS on Friday night test and tune? If so I saw you there. I think you were changing tires, or maybe letting some of the air out, over on the tower side. Just curious

Even car mags will show that there is really no difference in ET at the track. 10HP isnt going to amount to a whole lot of "smokin" going on in a race.
I hav so far managed to keep mine completely stock. Its been 3 weeks now. (I feel like an addict talking)

As soon as possible, it will be at the track and at the dyno in stock form. Hopefully dyno will also be the day I add the Lid/filters/coldair I plan on buying soon..

I have no idea how fast mine is yet. I have driven it a total of 500ish miles. She does get up to triple digits quick though!

I have a friend who bought a 2002 ws6 the same time that i bought my Z, and we raced stock for stock and i beat him. I think it was just a matter of neither of us being comfortable with our cars yet, because i know i'm a much better driver now, and I'm sure he is too. Stock for stock SS is the better car because of looks and exhaust/lid and options, but you can get a lid and better after market exhaust for a Z. Anyone who doesn't know about F-Bodies is going to think the SS will smoke the Z...most people think they have completely different engines.
