I want to get a 382 LS1 who makes the best one? price and warrenty are important. I'd like to spend about $7,000 or less.

Moving to LS1 Tech, where this kind of question belongs.

 

I don't know about the best one,but they will cost you more then $7000.00. You need a good set of heads too. ARE and MTI I think are around $9000.00 for an all-bore 382 with good heads.
