I the TR220/114 cam, and once warmed up it sounds pretty close to stock. I put it in before the headers, and the exhaust consisted of stock manifolds, cats, Y, and a Hooker catback. Very stealthy with stock tuning. With FLP's and no cats, you could hear it video. Now that I have cats on it again and tuning, no one even notices it has a cam.

where can i find them

Hey guys these are excatly the types of cams I am lookin to buy somethin where I can feel the power gain, and not lose any driveability. Which websites can I find the LS6 cam and others mentioned? I know thunder racing is one. Also which do you guys suggest port and polish existing heads or gettin new heads altogether? Which would be cheaper and fastest to get? TIA

Like chuck, I have the TR220/114 cam. It really does sound stock.

Add LS6 intake, ported heads to LS6 specs, tuning, FLPs, cats and a Borla, my car makes 375 at the wheels at 5800 rpm.

Block off the Borla and it has a nice rumble, but not very loud.

Another vote for the TR220, I made 403rwhp with it thru the exhaust, no ASP pulley, and on the stock MAF and Throttle body. Idles damn near stock too.
