There is no best choice. All the Y's for stock manifolds will be the same. You will see minimal gains and are better off just saving the $$$ until you are ready for headers.

Catbacks are a matter of preference and how much you want to spend.

Since you're in OK you don't have inspections to deal with so I'd say skip the Y and catback and instead get long tube headers and a true dual system.
