Suspension, Subframe connectors, and stickier tires.

??????? yeah this makes absolutely no since, ergo more power makes it harder to hook up hence speking the cam.
The best mod you can have to hook up is tires that is tha main thing, any type of drag radial will help you hook-up very well ive heard mickey thompsons are the best imo if you start making major power 390 hp + i would recomend lower control arms lowered torque arm subframe connectors ect. for better traction.

a stock 03 cobra with a good driver i cannot see besting 12.7...

i know a 98 firehawk with full intake, full exhaust, tune and 3000 stall running 12.5's @ 107 on nittos and by full i mean including manifolds

i also know a 2000 z28, full exhaust, lid, ls6 intake and a cam (dunno size) running 12.4 (bad traction on street tires and lowering kit, no brackets) at 116

i've run a best of 13.1 at 106... and i raced an 03 cobra on the highway, twice, 4 people in his car, just me in mine, he pulled not even a whole car on me from 70-120/130ish

He'll walk him with these. If he can drive the LS1 I think a 100 shot alone would probably do it.

Stock Terminator maybe but how many guys do you know that are out there who leave the pulley stock?

Pullied cobra's are pulling high 11's at over 122mph.
