Question weird sound

when i turn and accelerate at about 25mph+ a turn and sometimes slower it sounds like something is about to rip out from under the car or like its binding under pressure. Anyone know what the prob could be?

where?

front, back, left, right?

that may help...

jack it up an tighten every suspension part you can think of...and check your bushings

How would I go about checking the bushings in the rear end ??? Damn GM crap !!!!! I love my car but I miss the rag out but not destroy everything in the process Honda.

i think he's refering to the panhard bar and lower control arm bushings...they are soft rubber and can deteriorate

possibly the torque arm or trans mount too...

i'd put a beer on it being in the LSD...have the fluid changed and make sure they add the LSD additive...could be a cheap remedy

i would check the LSD as well. From working at a GM dealer, ive seen that be a minor problem. Its always a good idea to make sure everything is tight nder there, as far as bushings go too. If you got your differential serviced recently, make sure that the additive was added too. Good luck with your dilemna.

My car does that too. I had a friend of mine look at it and he said that if was the limited slip making all the noise. He said that if the wrong kind of fluid gets put in them they pop and grind. He told me to put full sythetic in it and it will go away. Either that or regular with the lSD additive, but that will only last for so long then you will have to put it in again.
