Are these reusable????
The Hypertech Power Programmers? Can they be reused on another vehicle after the inital purchase? Does a VIN# lockout like on the Superchips programmer prevent them form being reused?

they have some kind of lockout...
not to mention they suck for anyting other than rev limit changes, shift points, gear changes and fan settings. the programming for hp sucks
