does anyone know if an LS1 can be put into an older car (ex: a 68 mustang) are there any conversion kits out there?

 

if it can be put into an old RX7 i'm sure it would fit between the fender wells of most old cars.

not sure i'd put it into an old mustang. i think i would rather put something like the DOHC cobra motor in one.

or a tricked out triton v10

 

They can be put into just about anything, but you'll have to custom fab a lot to make it work

 

I will be dropping an LS2 into my 1987 944S..
