look at my current mods what kind of a HP increase should i expect from a stage 2 head.

 

It really depends on which ones you get. I've been told that you would usually buy a camshaft to match your heads. In this case you'll need to select the right set of heads for your camshaft. You might get the 5.3 heads for more compression over the 5.7 heads. I would get with your cam manufacturer and ask what heads they recommend as a match for their cam. Then check with head suppliers to make sure they say their heads are optimal for your cam.

 

yeah but still any guesses. Whats the ballpark can i make around let say 35 more hp from decent heads.

 

Sounds about right to me. No first hand knowledge there yet though.
