i would think even the SLP cai would get in the way with the tranny cooler.
but as al said...there are ways around it. sooooo - quitcherbitchin

Teke184: I respect your post amount and you seem knowledgable, but on your comment about the smoother bellows don't sell it short. the hole concept of air flow requires smoothing the air flow in the engine. from the intake proting adn smoothing to head port widening and smoothing(intake and exhaust) to smoothly bent exhaust pipes(as opposed to pipes bent with the ripples/kinks in them, i believe they call this manderal bent pipes). the bellows don't add much, but probably add more than 1hp. i would say 2-4 hp. increasing are intake pressure help signifacantly and alittle goes a long, long way. hence ported throttle bodies and low boost S/C and turbos. Just my opinion.

SSRA is the super sucker ram air system.

well nobody has showed any dyno proof that a ported tb does any thing for hp. and the idea with mandrel bends is that the "compression bent" exhaust pipes is that the final diameter in those bends is smaller on top of the fact that the kinks hinder flow.
and if a lid is only worth 7-8hp at the wheels...and looking at how much restriction the stock has....there is no way a few ripples in some plastic, that is wider than the other parts of the intake track...is going to get you 4hp!!
consideering the air has to flow through the small air inlet, up through the lid, through the MAF, over the TB blades, then get split up in the intake manifold...i can't imaging that minut amount of added turbulance from the bellow making a lick of difference.
but keep thinking you're getting 4hp from it
not to mention the number of complaints i've seen for lids cracking and not fitting correctly due to insufficient flex when the motor torques up and twists...i wouldn't buy it anyway.

Thanks! I like the information on your web page. Some nice write-ups on parts!
