SLP fan control switch?

has anyone used this on their car?, just wondering if it works, or is the ls1 free mod a better bet, hooking up a wire to the fan relay fuse, then to a toggle switch....anyone have opinions, facts etc......thanks in advance

I've had one for over a year now - works great. Plugs right in, no SES lights. In the "center" position the fans run at the settings in the PCM and turn off with the ignition.

I bought the Thunder Racing version of the switch and immediately got a SES light. I sent it back for a refund. I will be buying the SLP switch today.

Thumbs up

I have the SLP switch also, and it works like a charm. Easy install with the switch hidden in the ashtray.
