Question Runnin Lean....

My SES light is on, so we ran the codes and the car is running lean. It looks like the fuel psi is around 30. The car has 51,000 miles, what should I do? I was thinking its either the fuel pump or the pressure regulator. Which one do you think is the problem is? If they need replacing, is there any recommended brand? Thanks for the help

or maybe a bad filter or dirty/clogged injectors. Do you have any mods? you can flip your MAF for a temp fix.

We replaced the filter and ran fuel injector cleaner in our last 2 tanks of gas, but still no luck. What does flipping the MAF do?
